SHORT DESCRIPTION
The design of the installation and location of its main components is reflected in the figures below.
On the frame (1), a hopper (2) vibratory feeder (3) from the feed chute (4). To the frame (1) stand for the docked concentrator (5) and the step (6) to facilitate the loading material and the visual inspection of the level of material in the hopper (2). From the hopper the material is fed onto the tray through an adjustable throttle (7).
The front of the frame (1) on the swing arm (8) is mounted a mixing hopper (9) with a nozzle (10). Pipe collector is connected to the hub by means of a hose (18). Swivel Bracket fixed screw clamp (11).
Inside the frame is installed in the control cabinet panel (12) and a socket on the hub (13).
Mounted on the cabinet door hub on-off button (14) button on-off vibratory feeder (15) controls the frequency (16) and amplitude (17) of the tray oscillations.
The starting material in the form of dry ore crushed is poured into the hopper. Due to vibration material on the tray enters the mixing funnel. Simultaneously, from the concentrator tangentially into the collector hopper is supplied with water. Due to the rotation the material water uniformly mixed with water and the resulting slurry is fed into the receiving hopper concentrator (19).
