SHORT DESCRIPTION
The design of ovens is carrying a welded frame for the installation and mounting of all members of the cabinet of nodes and elements. For drying products (samples) of the working chamber is rectangular in shape, made of stainless steel. The outer and inner tubes form a duct wall. The heating of the working chamber is made heaters such as heater installed in the air ducts on the side panels (walls) of the cabinet.
On the roof of the cabinet with a fan. Fan impeller supplies the air flow through the air ducts, where the heating elements are installed. Air flowing through the duct is heated is divided into several streams and the internal chamber walls through holes at several levels supplied to the working chamber. Entered into the working chamber hot air passes through the holes in the shelves, heat (dry) there are materials and goes up to the fan wheel.
This provides multiple air circulation in the working chamber. At the bottom, on the back of the camera, there are two ventilation pipe for fresh air. On the roof of the cabinet is a ventilation tube with a valve for venting and vapor from the working chamber. Flap adjusts the intensity of the air discharge.
