The operating principle of the screening is compulsory division of the starting material into five classes (+4, -4 + 2; -2 + 1, 1 + 0.5, -0.5). Separation occurs when the vibrating motion of the material on the sieve with a particular mesh size. The vibration is transmitted to the screen by the exciter, rigidly mounted on a stretcher. Upon rotation of the eccentric shaft vibration exciter occurs alternating centrifugal force acting on the set of frames, attached to the subframe by means of latches and screw clamps. The sub-frame is hung on a collapsible frame with adjustable and not adjustable spring blocks. Out classified material through the divider output connections.
